I certainly enjoyed this episode...I need to add a postscript to "the grove". There were two groves in Caldwell, Idaho. The other one was located past the Ustick and 10th Ave. road on the right hand side. This time the front wheel of the '64 (I may be off a year or two) 2 door white Lincoln, lovingly referred to as "The boat", came off and also formed a grove. Again, your Dad was driving and could not figure out 'why' that could have happened. Just thought you might enjoy knowing that as well. This boat also required numerous gallons of water to keep it 'afloat'. Before the days of cell phones, I have been stranded in one of our cars a total of approximately 12 times: 6 times in Caldwell, 3 times between Boise & Caldwell, 3 times between Mtn Home and Boise. Love to all, Mom
